Straight answer
Same-day — or immediate load — means the implant goes in and a temporary tooth goes on it in one visit. It is not a shortcut: the implant still needs a few months to bond with your bone. What changes is that you spend that time with a tooth instead of a gap.
Immediate loading is offered only when the case qualifies — see below. When it doesn't, we say so before you book and plan the conventional two-stage protocol instead.
Who qualifies
We confirm two things: your CT scan before you travel, and the implant's stability in the chair on the day. Both have to be right.
Why Aurum can do it the same day

Before you travel
The titanium implant is placed and a temporary tooth is attached to it in the same visit, so you don't leave with a gap. The temporary looks natural and protects the site while the implant bonds with the bone. The final zirconia or e.max crown is placed once healing is complete, usually a few months later.
It depends on bone volume and density, the implant's stability at placement, the absence of infection, healthy gums and controlled general health. Heavy smoking or uncontrolled grinding can rule it out. We review your CT scan before you travel and confirm stability in the chair on the day.
No. It is a temporary crown made in our in-house lab the same day, kept out of heavy biting so the implant can heal undisturbed. The final crown, milled in zirconia or e.max in our own lab, goes on after the implant has integrated with the bone.
Implant placement starts at $880 USD per implant, and implant, abutment and final crown together are $1,320 USD per tooth. We tell you before you book, based on your CT scan. If the bone or the stability measured during surgery is not enough, we use the conventional two-stage protocol: the implant heals first and the crown is placed afterwards. We never load on the day at the expense of the long-term result.
Mostly yes, with care: soft foods at first, and avoid biting hard things directly on the temporary. It is designed to look natural, not to take full chewing force — that is the job of the final crown.
